Well, He and his wonderfully mysterious ways have struck us again. Earlier this week I was working and my dad called me. So when I had a break I called him back. He had news for us.....
His thoughtful, kind, and generous neighbor, who knows all about what we have been through this year, left a Walmart giftcard for us to help with the kids' Christmas. Needless to say, I was overcome! How sweet and how thoughtful that this person would take time out of their day to think about my babies and to want to help ensure that they have a Christmas.
He really does just keep right on providing for us. Sometimes we get stressed and we begin to doubt, but then there He goes, amazing us and blessing us, all over again. We really must remember to stop and appreciate all he does for us.
So on this Saturday morning I sit here with a thankful heart. Today is my day off so I plan to try to enjoy it as much as I can. My step-mother gave the kids and I a gingerbread village kit so we are gonna try it and see how it goes. If it goes well, I will post some pictures. We may also make some sugar cookies.

I just read both of your Christmas miracle posts and I have tears in my eyes. I can relate in so many ways. You are one incredible mommy, with such a beautiful family! It really touches my heart to see the way you rely on your faith in God, and that you allowed yourself to listen to your convictions-and how this blessing came through for you all.
